When you place orders or access your personal information, we

All orders being returned for credit, exchange or warranty MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A
RECEIPT. Returns must be received at Premier Lacrosse within 15 days of the date of purchase. All products being returned must be accompanied by a RA number any product that is returned and not found defective will be accompanied by a 25% restocking fee. We will offer free ground shipping on exchange items that are found to be defective.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES SENT C.O.D. All apparel items that are returned for size will be mutually worked between Premier Lacrosse and the customer.
Your patience is greatly appreciated when items are temporarily out of stock. Our constant communication with the manufactures means that as soon as the items are available, your gear will be shipped to you. We will ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items. When the remainder of your orders becomes available, we will at that time charge your account and send it to you with no additional shipping charges.
